Hi I built myself a PC a while a go, original specs was GTX 1050ti, Ryzen 5 1500x, 8gb DDR4 RAM, Asrock 320m-dgs motherboard, and 450w PSU. Now I upgraded my GPU to 1080 8gb, and got a 750w psu. But the problem is that I thought a GTX 1080 would be overkill for 1080p 75 fps gaming, and moust games dont run so well. Fallout 4 lowers to 45 fps in city area, 2013 Tomb Rider benchmark shows 50 fps avarage, and cant get stable fps on ESO... Also yah, I have a 1080p 75hz freesync monitor, but its temporary. Is it normal, does one of the parts drops my fps?

Hmm. At 1080p the CPU is very important but a GTX 1080 dropping to 45 fps in Fallout 4 (more then like once or twice in particular areas) is suspect. Still, the CPU is your likely suspect.

Usind DSR to set some games to 1440p for a while now, and the fps is same as 1080p. Also yah, from the start I pluged in both 8pin and 6 pin power cables.

If the GPU is underpowered then yes that could be a issue but Ryzen really benefits from overclocking and fast memory. If the OP is running anything under 2666mhz then you'll see it in the FPS. 2133 to 3200 alone made a 20 FPS difference in testing on the Witcher 3.
