Youtube not playing videos

Ok, so yesterday I encountered this thing on youtube:https://prnt.sc/l5f4ck, I don't know how to fix it, tried everything, from restarting, resetting, resetting graphics drivers, reinstalling flash, javascript reenable. I changed to edge, logged in to my account and boom the same thing. How can I fix this thing? I really want to watch vids xD, every other flash and javascript site works, like porn hub
or agar.io so help me pls

Could be something to do with YouTube's site settings. Click the little lock in the top left and go through them all.

Still nothing, I also did that before.
