SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION Blue Screens

Recently I've had to reinstall Windows 10, after my PC went to sleep, I received BSODs on a restart and it wasn't bootable. Now I persistently get freezes (more frequently) and BSODs (occasionally). Sometimes whilst gaming (Whereas of late, Overwatch has been crashing to: "applications taking resources from the game"), but also just simply browsing the internet. It can go days without crashing or blue screening, then only to return and crash me maybe a few times in a night.

Steps I've taken:
- I've been monitoring my temperatures, my CPU has not exceeded 50C-60C, and my GPU has not exceeded 60C - 70C.
- I've updated all of my graphic drivers
- Windows Memory Diagnostics, and it has turned up with no errors.
Specs:
GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 970
CPU: AMD FX-8370
RAM: 8GB (Don't know the manufacturer off the top of my head)
Motherboard: M5A99FX PRO R2.0
Storage:
1TB Western Digital Hard Drive
500GB Samsung 850 EVO SSD

See if updating GPU firmware helps - it says its only for DP but may help others as the recent NVIDIA drivers can cause BSOD - https://www.nvidia.com/object/nv-uefi-update-x64.html

Can you follow option one on the following link - here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and I will get someone to convert file into a format I can read
