[SOLVED] TVs vs Monitors

Why are so called 4k tvs so much less expensive and Larger than PC Monitors. is TV 4k lower resolution than Monitor resolution values . .. is the frequency of 4k Monitors really higher than 120Hz listed on TVs? Even still, there seems to be a high disparity in the price for a 4k Monitor vs a 4k TV. Please help me understand why monitors are so much more expensive.
