My PC crashes all the time

My PC crashes all the time. It is often a different reason everytime. I have tried almost everything on YouTube. If i have not used the PC in a while it crashes after about an hour, but If i have used it resently it crashes after 5minutes or less. My specs are:
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 740
Ram: 10GB DDR3
Screencard: AMD Radeon HD 6900
Windows 10

Look for patterns: e.g., no crashes for about an hour, then crashes. Then crashes every 5 minutes or so.

Overheating perhaps? Temperatures, cooling?

What PSU do you have: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Yeah it night be the fan. Becouse before it crashes the fan goes really fast and then the PC crash. How do I fix it then?
