My Computer wont POST...

I have a Intel DH61WW mobo with a 2nd Gen i3 Processor, No graphics cards with 4 GB Ram. I tried to boot it up after a few weeks and it dosent POST. It Turns on briefly and the CPU cooler spins for about 3 sec before it stops. No Beeps and the Comp turns on again when i press the power button and the Problem repeats.

I have already tried an another PSU. No changes and the PSU works properly

Any suggestions??

I suspect the term power button no longer applies. Try another power supply.

Replace CMOS battery.
