Odd behave Windows 10

Hi yesterday my pc started to throttling, I noticed in games ( Overwatch ). I thought it was nothing serious but today when I turned on my pc, I also noticed that Youtube is freezing in 1-2 sec then suddenly Windows 10 restarted all by himself and take lot more longer to startup. Also when I was searching category on this site for software category, it just pop-up in front of me but I didnt made a single click. Maybe I am just paranoic, but is it possible someone hacked my pc, or is it just some odd behaviour of Windows 10?

Download CoreTemp and see your temperature (Also screenshot back would be helpful), also check usage of HDD/CPU at startup, windows needs 5min to settle down.

RAM: 2x8Gb Kingston DDR4 2133MHz
MB: Asus B250G GAMING
PSU: Thermaltake Smart SE 630W
SSD: SAMSUNG 750 EVO 250GB KINGSTON 30GB(cant remember model)
HDD: Also cant remember I think its SEAGATE 300gb, I bought it long time ago

Now everything works fine no problem at all since that restart, temps are ok with CPU stress test on Furmark and browsing and opening folders temp didnt go above 55C. I dont know how to post screenshot here

Thank you for your time for looking into question and reply, problem was Windows itself, it crashed 5 days ago, I reinstall it and now everthing is ok.
