Can the phillips 226e9qhab support 75hz with a HDMI connection?

The Phillips 226e9qhab is a 21.5 inch freesync 1080p monitor that is advertised as 75hz. On the Currys website under connectivity, it is said that it can be connected via VGA or HDMI. I plan to pair this monitor with my rx 580 8gb.Due to how noticable 75hz is from 60hz, my query is that will it be able to achieve 75hz @ 1080p through HDMI?
