How to get WIndows 10 to automatically change background on a periodic basis

I've had a new Windows 10 Dell PC for about 3 months now, and at startup it used to automatically display a random background picture, along with prompts to ask me if I like it or not (so similar or different pictures would be displayed next time). But suddenly this feature stopped. The pictures were beautiful, of various themes and locales around the world, so I really enjoyed seeing them. Anyone know how to reinstate this?

Right click on the Desktop, select Personalize
Select Background
Under the word Background, click the dropdown and select Slideshow.
Change picture every......

I don't think that's what the OP is looking for. I think the images they are referring to are the Windows 10 Screen Lock Images

Go to Settings and Personalizations.
Select Lock Screen and then change the Background to Spotlight.

Ah.
I missed the "at startup".

As for the "at startup". scroll down on the Lock Screen windows and turn on, "Show lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen"
