Tom's Home Page Not Loading Correctly on iPad

I have an older iPad 4th gen (ca. 2012) and the Tom's home page doesn't load correctly in any of the browsers I have on the device, so it seems universal to the iPad itself. I see a huge ShopSavvy graphic at the top, then the Wrench and Screwdriver graphic below, the Game Controller graphic next, etc. Along the left side there appears to be hyperlinks that would normally show up in the pop-up menus. Anyone else have this problem? A fix? It doesn't happen on my iPhone 6, btw.

Hi

I see the same problem on my ipad mini
I expect the website has been changed recently

On my pc the same black images show for a second before the page is redrawn
You may miss this if you have a fast connection
