Windows 10 audio driver isssue

Windows 10 uses "Microsoft HD Generic Audio driver" instead of my Realtek HD driver, when I run the troubleshooter it's says "issues found" and that the issue is that windows is playing audio using the "Generic Microsoft HD audio driver" and that it could not fix the problem. I have searched around the web and haven't found a solution to the problem and was wondering if anyone of you could help me solve the probelm.

Did you try to change it with little speaker icon in right lower corner? If not working, try from Control Panel.
