I built my current machine in 2012. I have upgraded the RAM, hard drives, and GPU. I am looking to upgrade the CPU and Motherboard in my machine now and am looking for a recommendation.

I currently have the following:
- ASRock Z77 Extreme6
- Intel Core i5-3570K
- EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 FTW GAMING ACX 3.0

I would like to move up to a i7 and get a solid motherboard.
