E ElectrO_90 Splendid Apr 17, 2007 5,111 451 27,140 Oct 25, 2018 #5 My ambient temp where I live is 30-34 and I run a rx 580 I do make sure it has good cooling though. The 1070ti is lower power than the 580 and as long as you got decent fans, then yes, it should be fine.
