My PC just dies after 10 minutes or so

I have a problem where after I start up my PC I need to wait for 10 minutes or so before I can do anything with it because otherwise it just dies and everything takes 2 minutes to load ( for example I'm watching a youtube video and it just stops , after that everything just stops working and I need to restart and try again.) Do you know what's at fault and if I can fix it?
