Screen Tearing Dual Monitor

Hello everyone, My name is Billy
I bought a new Asus VX24A monitor today and I wanted to use my old one (LG 22EN33) as a secondary. Unfortunately I am currently experiencing some tearing on the old one.
Both are 60hz. I could really use some help on this one.

My specs:
Geforce GTX1060 6GB
16GB RAM
i5 4460 3.2 GHZ
Samsung SSD 850 PRO 256GB
Motherboard asus H97- Plus

Enable vsync to eliminate screen tearing.

Ι Have it enabled already it was the first thing i tried.

Check the global vsync settings in the Nvidia control panel.

Are you gaming with dual monitors? How can you see with the screen split down the middle?
