WTB: GTX 950 low profile (not Ti)

Looking for a GTX 950 low profile card for my HTPC. New or used, doesn't matter. I think only galax or kfa2 made them. Probably not many of them out there anymore.

I imagine this is going to be a difficult ask - if I'm not mistaken, this was mostly released in China. Is there any particular reason you're specifically looking for a second-generation Maxwell rather than simply an actual better GPU?

Yeah, i figured it would be. Wanted something low wattage for my aging HTPC and didn't want to spend on a GT 1030 new. Thought maybe i'd get lucky and somebody would have one they'd want to get rid of for a reasonable price that's all.
