Green pixel issue

Yesterday, I bought my new monitor (Benq Zowie XL2411P) with processor(Ryzen 2600x) ram(3000mhz 16gb) and mobo(Asus Strix B450-F) but I am still using my old 750Ti GPU! So I plugged it all in it was all fine until I started playing videos on youtube whenever I try to play any video on YT there are these green small pixels keeps popping up and goes away as per the video, And even in games the green pixels comes and goes. The question is, Is this happening cause of my old GPU or My monitor has the issue?

Most likely issue with the video card. Could be overheating, driver issue, maybe cable, video card going bad.

Thank you so much for replying so I replaced my old 750Ti with a GTX 1070 Aorus 8gb now everything is working fine.
