Certain YouTube videos won't load

For some reason, certain YouTube videos won't load on my PC. I've tried three browsers, Opera, Chrome and Internet Explorer 11 but the videos still won't load. I also tried clearing my cache and the temp folder but the problem remains.

Oddly enough, those same videos load on my phone, but I'm wondering why won't it load on my PC?

Opera and chrome use the same backing software (Opera uses Chrome engine) so see if same thing happens on Firefox as well. IE has its own problems.
Are you using Defender as anti virus/firewall on PC?
Do you use any ad blocking software?
Do you use an add on to browsers that blocks some channels from YouTube? if so, see if disabling it makes any difference.

Well, I guess my problem is partially solved. The videos do load in Firefox.

I have Adblock on Opera but not on Chrome. I have tried disabling it but it changed nothing.
And yes, I am using Defender.
I don't have any add-ons that blocks anything on YouTube.

Is there still a way to make those certain videos load for Opera/Chrome?

I often swap to Firefox if Chrome is being a pain.
