Pc connected to TV via hdmi, very blurry screen/colors.

Hi there!
I just recently plugged in my pc to a tv screen through an hdmi cable, but I'm getting a lot of problems with the screen displaying incorrectly and a lot of blurry colors...
After playing around with stuff, I'm currently sitting in a spot where the tv is showing the pc screen and on correct resolution and scaling, but the picture looks just terrible, the colors look very blurry and text is sometimes unreadable. Any help please?

Either a driver or cable issue/
