Help me please

Its a custom pc 1080 ti 1100 watt corsair 32gb ram ryzen 1800x and msi motherboard. I keep getting endless loop of blue screens and when i "repair it" it says unable and shuts down. Continues to crash when trying to reinstall windows or get into the command prompt. I am going to have a aneruisem over this. I am booting with windows on a flash drive and it reinstalls and then crashes again. Ive tried with both ssd i have and swaping them around nothing works. If anyone can help ill give you a blumpkin

Generally, i find, if you get BSOD during install process, the errors could be caused by Ram

Download Memtest86 on another PC and use it make a bootable USB. Test ram, 1 ram stick at a time, up to 8 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher means its likely cause of the errors and stick should be removed/replaced
