Where does major stores such as Newegg/Microcenter import their products?

Not that I'm opening a computer hardware store, but I'm curious where sometimes they (Newegg) have daily deals that drops much as 80%, I know sometime they're just dealing the product with given price by the manufacturer, but I believe there are cases where they just drop price for unpopular products.
Back to the question, where do they import these products? The more you buy, the less the price?

It really depends, hardware dealers get their products from a wide range of sources (like EVGA/MSI and more)

1. Volume discounts

2. Loss leaders. If you have 10 items that usually sell for $100, you can increase 9 of them to $105, and have big sale for the tenth one - $55! Today only!!

I imagine they are their own importers. once the orders get so large distributors like DandH are useless as the orders are cheaper to get with no middleman involved.
they get the parts directly from the manufacturer of said parts.
