White/Winter theme Build(Budget $1500)

First to build PC.
I came from Taiwan.
The price listed in Amazon.com/Newegg may be difference from local seller.

I use M-ATX case to fit the mainboard. Corsair 280X or LianLi O11 dynamic, which one better?

The MB will be MSI B360 Gaming Arctic (not listed in pcpartkicker)
CPU will be i5 8500. If water cooling is not necessary, I will use Enermax - ETS-T50 AXE
(White) instead.
