Planning on building this PC for gaming at 1080p at 144hz in BF5 and PubG. Just wanted someone else's opinion on the parts if some are overkill or there's a better option etc.

CPU - I7 8700k
GPU - RTX 2070
Memory - G.Skill - Trident Z RGB 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Power Supply - EVGA - SuperNOVA G2 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Case - Phanteks Enthoo Evolv X DRGB Tempered Glass ATX Anthracite Grey
CPU cooler - Deepcool - GAMMAXX GT 29.5 CFM CPU Cooler
Storage - Corsair - MP300 120 GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive
- Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Unsure of what Mobo to get with this build, ive been looking at z370 boards for future overclocking perhaps but im not sure on brand or price range.

hi Kelvin,

Your build is well balanced, with good CPU, great graphics card (you could switch to a 1080 if you want to take some money back), goos PSU.

If I were you, i would go for a bigger SSD, at least 500Go, in SATA. Sata because it's cheaper and in everyday use, M.2 is useless. Bigger to be able to put some programs on it to increase the load speed. Furthermore, bigger means longer life if not full.

If you plan to overclock higher than 4.7 on all core, I would recommend to go with a beefier cooler like the Dark rock pro 3/4 or Noctua NH D15 and a beefy motherboard(there are plenty of them).

Rodolphe.
