PC and console audio mixer with 2 outputs

Hi,

I am trying to improve and simplify my audio setup. Currently I have soundcard in the PC with optical audio input that takes the signal from the PS4. Then PC outputs to Asus Xonar U7 which splits it to speakers with RCA and headphones with 3.5mm. This lets me conveniently switch between speakers and headphones when needed.

Why I want to change:

• 
  -Bloatware that i do not use for both U7 and the soundcard
  -U7 volume adjuster seems to be on its last legs
  -PS4 volume has to be adjusted with Windows volume mixer

Can you recommend an audio mixer that would:

• 
  -Let me plug in PS4 (optical) and PC(USB or 3.5mm AUX) directly.
  -Get rid of the dedicated soundcard entirely
  -Separate hardware volume adjustment for PS4 and PC inputs
  -Output to RCA and 3.5mm
  -Easy output switch

Something like this. But you'll have to find another device to convert optical to RCA.
