MSI GeForce GTX 1070 ARMOR 8G OC compatibility with ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3

I have an ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3 mobo (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131792) with an i7-2600 cpu and need to upgrade my graphics card. Would a MSI GTX 1070 ARMOR OC (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127951) be compatible? I have a 1000 watt PSU so that should not be an issue.

yes it has uefi bios and correct pcie slot you are good to go
