I recently found a dell workstation with i7 6700 and 8 GB of ram for $200 (monitor included) .
Good deal? looking to upgrade it to a gaming set up.

gtx 1060 3 gb
Asus z270 prime-a
SSD

Will this play 1080p 60+ fps high ? mainly bf5 and pubg

For $200, it's a crazy great deal I'd say.

60+ fps in high settings at 1080p is attainable from the setup. However, the only little issue I find is VRAM capacity. Though 3GB of VRAM maynot necessarily cause any issue, more could always have been better. All in all, you should definitely consider the upgrade.
