No audio in browsers.

Hello all, I'm at my wits end with this.
I'm getting no audio on certain videos in both Firefox and Chrome and it seems to be h.264 related.

I can see audio playing in the mixer, but can't hear it. I'm running the latest version of Flash and the OpenH264 video codec plugin in Firefox.

I've tried Google searching and using solutions I found there but nothing has fixed it.
Can anyone help me solve this?

Update: I switched my output device from my G933 (speakers) to KG251Q NVIDIA High Definition Audio and finally got sound but it's incredibly faint.
Unsure how to get sound when I'm on my headset.
