Dual Display to Roku 4k Tv. GPU sees TV. Tv shows BIOS and Windows logo then goes black

Ok. So I'm trying to get my 4k ROKU living room tv to dual monitor so that I can game in the living room. I've bought a 50ft HDMI cable and have temp run the cable just draped through my living room and just get a black screen. I CAN see the bios and the windows logo and loading but as soon as the actual OS should load it goes black. If I dual monitor, I can see the Roku tv in both Windows 10 as well as Nvidia control panel. I've tried forcing both to 60fps with no luck. I've attached screenshots of what I can see. Please Help.

Bump
