Problem with Media Creation Tool

Hi! I just made a media creation tool but it failed. Its ok with that but my usb tick that was 120GB now it is only 32GB! How can i recover them?

just reformat the thumbstick

reformatting won't do it, that only works on a partition, you need to go into disk management and delete the partition itself, then create a new partition.
