I bought a new TV that has 8ms and 400HZ
it is good ?
The diffrence betweem 8ms and lower are noticeable ?

*The TV is only for FIFA and PS4 use.

Make and model of the TV? You should be fine for connecting a PS4 to it but I don't know what your wallet's capacity is/was to say you could've done better.

I ordered the TV and it doesn't reached to me yet so I guess it's still dynamic to change the order.
The other option is
LG 43uk6300Y truemotion 100/refresh rate 50 hz that I prefer to not buy due to my previous exprienced with low HZ
