Is Freesync available through HDMI and LG 22MK400H-B?

Hi, I've ordered pc parts for my first ever build and is wondering if Freesync will be available via HDMI cable. I'm getting an RX570 and my monitor is LG 22MK400H-B.

Under the specs on the official LG page it mentions that Freesync is only available through DisplayPort (see under Freesync section via link), however the monitor itself doesn't even have a DisplayPort connection?? (Yes, it is a Freesync monitor). Specification sheets of the same monitor on retailers' sites say no such thing?? Also will I be able to get 75hz through HDMI?

It must do it over HDMI.

Yeah nah I payed $109 AUD ($80 USD) for it. And the Australian model is (according to retailers) IPS, 75hz and has AMD Freesync. Not too bad a deal considering I'm on a budget.
