[SOLVED] Windows won’t boot after fresh start

I just finished giving my computer a fresh start and when I try and boot it now I keep getting sent to autmoatic repair. I’ve tried everything, it won’t let me reset, I can’t boot into safe mode, startup repair just sends me back there. I can’t figure out what to do anyone have some advice?

Please explain what you mean by "fresh start". You might possibly need to save your data and reinstall, but it's hard to say without knowing what "fresh start" means.

fresh start is an option in windows 10 to reset your pc while keeping personal files and uninstalling windows then reinstalling the latest version

If this happened to me, I'd restore from a recent full system backup I'd made to an external hard drive. If you don't have a backup, you'll likely have to save your data (using something like Linux) and reinstall Windows. Be sure to get the drivers you'll need from your computer's manufacturer.
