Windows 10...It''s under windows 10 forum tab.

Any peripheral input will wake a monitor. Turn mouse upside down is only way i can think of incase vibrations if in your instance sets it off. Otherwise use front panel usb and unplug the mouse before monitor goes on standby.

Right click on This PC and select Manage.
Then open Device Manager.
Expand the "Mice and Other Pointing Devices".
Right click on the mouse driver entry.
Click on Properties.
Click on the Power Management tab.
Unselect "Allow this device to wake monitor".
Click OK.
