403 Forbidden – Toms Hardware in Chrome and FF but not IE?

So for the last few month I have tried to access Toms Hardware (both from Work and Home) in Chrome and FF and would always get a 403 Forbidden warning. It would pop up at different pages but I could never access the forums. I had just assumed the site was down or something.
Then randomly tried in IE at work today and it seems to work fine. I use Chrome regularly. Cleared the cache, cookies, etc., restarted, logged out, tried a guest account, private tab, etc. Didn’t make a difference.
Now I never use FF but it still doesn’t work.
Any suggestions on why this only works on IE? And doesn’t work for me in Chrome across multiple computers?

i would do a full clean up in the browser cache and cookies on the system .

There's a thing in FF and Chrome with 3rd party cookies acceptance that affected the scripting used by the prior forum. Not sure if that's still the case.
