Whats the Best Heatsink For £30 for overclocking the 955 Phenom

Ok quick thread guys i have a new pc and i have a Phenom 2 X4 955 Black Edition but i have the crappy stock fan that AMD provides this one

after having a bash in amd overdrive on auto overclock then i get BSOD obviously as my pc hit 60 degress yikes then it shutsdown :-(

quite unexpected actully i have a good airflow case and 4 fans and 2 exhaust fans pumping out heat in the rear of the case but nevermind i need a nice new heatsink for overclocking i plan to go from 3.2GHZ to atleast 4 GHZ but i need a good heatsink thats ( EASY TO INSTALL ) thanks
