E4600 3.0ghz + cooler master hyper 212 temps¿?

so, i just installed this bad boy, i have my core 2 duo at 3.0ghz, idle i get around 40º, on load i get 56º with the 2 fans....
is this good? or should i get some artic silver 5? i used the one that came with the cooler.
room temperature is like 30º :S i live in central america so....

Crank up that CPU to at least 3.4Ghz!!!

I use Artic Cooling MX-2, it has no cure time/won't harm board/easy to spread/gives me better results compared to AS5.

yup, now it's at 3.2, anything beyond that gives me BSOD!!!
