Best watercooling solution for £150

i want to watercool the new system that i will be getting which will consist of amd 4400, ati x1900xt, on ati's 3200 mobo.
I want to w/c the cpu and graphics card so i can o/c them.
so far i have i have looked around and the best i could find for up to £150 was Asetek WaterChill CPU/VGA/Chipset cooling kit - KT12A-L20

what are your opinions on this kit and could i get a possible better kit if i bought items seperate
I know this kind of question has probably been asked a million times so sorry.

that kit would not be able to handle your 4400 and x1900xt....

recommended setup:

cpu block: swiftech storm or cooltechnica mp-05
gpu block: danger den maze 4 or swiftech mp-1
pump: lain d5 (aka swiftech 655)
radiator:

best: PA 120.3
silent(cheaper): bip3
performance(about the same as PA120.3): HA120.3
