Ok back my concluding report
I got less snow from the nature test with the XT BIOS. The bios pumps more voltage to the core/ram. Since there was less snow, I can accurately determine that the cause of the snow is a lack of voltage being supplied to push the data from the increased demand of it from increasing the core and ram speed.
One could volt-mod and eliminate the snow but of course more juice does truly equal more heat and will be to the point where my conclusion will no longer apply as for heat will become the deciding factor, thank god for peilters.
I can do 467 on the core with water cooling and get no snow in the nature test, of course volt-modding was done. Now Doom3 seems to be a new ingima for I can still do 467 but had to crank the juice, resulting in not only no snow but dangerous level of heat with water cooling. Peilter did the trick but that much voltage and high demand going through the core would either way kill the card very quickly so I just said the hell with it and went back to a lower core and using a vga silencer. I can still do high quality quality with all the trimmins just fine.
