Ecs 7610 won´t start anymore

Hello, guys - i installed a usb 3 card with my old board, after that it won´t start. So i bought a used new mainboard, installed and - guess - same thing. The LED of the wireless keyboardreceiver are lit - so, i have no idea any more...
The whole thing looks deaed and i dont want to spend more money for a dead horse.
Has anyone an idea? Regards from Berlin - Mat
