I would just like a good gaming type of motherboard witch is compatible with 32GB of ram and will support my AMD Phenom II x4 945 and my XFX ATI Radeon HD 6750 graphics card.

Yea any AMD 970 Chipset would be perfect for you. I personally recommend ASUS for a 970 board. ASRock didn't seem to do so hot with that board. But I wouldn't rule it from the list. You'd do good with that good

I would have recomended the MSI 970A but that board failed on me the first time i turned the computer on.I need to RMA it...It was a build for a friend so i wasnt to happy.
