Looking to upgrade motherboard have about £200 to spend

hey all i have decided to upgrade my motherboard i think its now time i have about £200 to spend of my girlfriends money for xmas :thumb:
so looking for some advice on what to get

i will also be getting some corsair Ram as a family member can get discount unsure what though he hasnt said

ill be looking to get a motherboard that will support my current spec preferably and last if possible, i will be looking to upgrade the graphics card and cpu at a later date and will continue with AMD as they are for me cheap and reliable never had problems
