I Am thinking of getting a Intel® Boxed Core2™Quad Q9300 Processor. What MB will be best suited for gaming (it has to have NForce). I am thinking of getting the Fatal1ty FP-IN9 SLI?

Gaming? Obviously, you haven't followed the multitude of threads here and elsewhere. Go with an E8400 if good gaming is your main objective. But...back to your question...for the 45nm quads it appears that 780 and 790 series boards are what you want. The 6x0 series doesn't officially support it so your choice is poor. Also if you need a quad, the Q6600 is an all around better choice over the Q9300 due to lower price and equal or better performance except SSE4. The Q9450 is dropping in price so if you really prefer a 45nm quad; it would be a better choice.
