my mobo do not work its a ecs p6iwt-me and i put a socket 370 celeron ppga do not startup no bios display waht will i do?

Figure it out. Is it one of the newer Tualatin compatable boards? Those don't support the early PPGA processor. Is it an older PPGA only board? Then you better make certain it really is a PPGA processor. You could have dozens of problems, read the FAQ.

PPGA means Plastic Pin Grid Array, used on the original Sokcet 370 Celerons available from 300 to 533MHz. These processors look like the old Pentium MMX, but of course fit the newer socket.
