Using advice from around this site I have come up with the current build for buying within the next few months.
I will only be using it for gaming as I already have a laptop for everything else.
The websites i will be looking at buying from are: ebuyer.com, amazon.co.uk, scan.co.uk and dabs.com

Here is the build i currently have:

Intel i3 3220 - £90

Asus P8H61-MX - £41

Radeon HD 7850 - £140

4GB RAM - £15

Seagate Barracuda 500GB - £45

Antec VP-450 - £35

Zalman Z11 Plus Case - £50

Total - £416

I can find these all slightly cheaper, but i was looking for a bit of advice before i start properly pricing everything up.

Thanks for your help in advance.

great choice for budget build :D

Intel i3 3220 - £90

Asus P8H61-MX - £41 <--- you pick wrong mobo, please select the one with B75 or H77 chipset. whatever cheaper. it is for your newer i3

Radeon HD 7850 - £140

4GB RAM - £15 <-- make sure to get ddr3 1600

Seagate Barracuda 500GB - £45 <-- make sure to get 7200 rpm

Antec VP-450 - £35 <-- you may want to compare price with xfx 550, it can be cheaper in some store. this psu is great

Zalman Z11 Plus Case - £50

Total - £416

alright how does this look:

albeit, i wont be starting this build for a couple of months so the prices will most likely change (hopefully for the better) and will probably end up having to re-choose some things. however i am liking this so far.

Thanks for your help.
