I don't know that case, but rest looks fine. Long as it's a normal-sized (or large) case you'll be fine. I'd get CAS9 memory though or better. CAS9 is standard, 10 is below par. CL8 or 7 better, but don't spend masses more for that. CAS9 will be fine.
That's the one :-) CAS latency is definitely not the most important consideration in a new computer, but it's definitely not good to get sub-standard memory performance for such little difference. System is shaping up nicely!
Big +1 to that setup ^, RAM comment especially. I have 6GB in my setup and it's ample. I actually bought that case a few years back (for quite a bit more money actually), returned it when my graphics card didn't fit (12" monster). Your's I think will fit alright in there.
