Hey guys,

so my friend broke his computer yesterday and wants to game on pc but he has a budget of £500 maximum. If you can post systems to allow him to play games on medium graphics for this price then this would be great!

thanks to anyone that can help

£500 should get a decent system. here's a build that will do everything on High/ultra settings at 1920x1080

I get ultra high on most games. I have to turn the settings down slightly for some of the more demanding games over the past year or two like BF3/Skyrim etc. Still high settings and the HD 7850 is quite a lot more powerful than the GTX 460. If you overclock it, it would probably match dual GTX 460's.
