Upgrading a Dell Vostro 200 for about £100, to play SWTOR

Been out of the PC world for a while since my old one broke, haven't been able to get it working and have been thinking about buying a new one, or building one from scratch. My budget is low and i's not really an opion for at least 6 months to a year.

My missus got me this Dell Vostro 200 from work and I've been using that for a few months for movies and internet and such. My main goal for this is to play Star Wars: The Old Republic. I salvaged the gfx card outta my old PC (Geforce 9500 GT) and have been playing SWTOR at about 30fps and the lowest quality settings.

This is the spec for the Dell... http://www.dell.com/support/troubleshooting/uk/en/ukbsdt1/Servicetag/H5C143J
It currently has 2.5gb RAM in it, 667mhz DDR2

I've looked around and figured I can upgrade the CPU, memory, and gfx card for about £100, which for my budget (xmas coming up and getting married next year) I think is pretty good.

CPU I'm thinking Intel Celeron G550, which is about £35, spec: http://www.intel.co.uk/content/www/us/en/processor-comparison/processor-specifications.html?proc=53418

Memory, I can get 2gb sticks at about £12 a pop: http://www.scan.co.uk/products/2gb-hypertec-fully-buffered-dimm-(fb-dimm)-pc5300-667mhz

gfx card: as per the October article, best cards for the money, £55 ATI radeon 6670: http://www.dabs.com/products/asus-ati-radeon-hd-6670-2gb-pci-express-hdmi-84TN.html?q=6670&src=16

Now my worry is that this system comes with a 300W PSU, will this need an upgrade?

Also, does the processor actually need upgrading, as per the spec uploaded earlier it's already got a dual core, alhough as per My Computer system properties I think it's only 1.6ghz.

My final goal is just to be able to play SWTOR on medium-high graphics with a good frame rate, I don't have a large budget and this is my only option I think.
