£550 Gaming/Rendering PC Build

Hey Guys, im new to PC Building and I have no clue what would be a good build. I need someone to help me and I would be grateful if you do. I would like this to be also used for Sony Vegas rendering, so I know i'm really pushing it here for £550. I can't pay any more for this build as I am on a strict budget that my parents gave me. I will be playing at 1920 x 1080 and have an OS and Monitor already.

The price of the case and RAM aren't there, so you actually are way over budget.
