I have £820....need suggestions how to spend it

Hi all,i'm new at building,i've been asking a lot but never for a complete build....so if you build me one from PCPARTPICKER i would be gratefull...


so i have £820 to spend on my new pc....no need for OS or monitor or OC or SLI/CROSSFIRE......but i want a 3570k and a powerfull gpu but no OC for a year......i want to upgrade my gpu but at least in 1-2 years....i want to play baf3 MULTIPLAYER alot,and other games but especially BAF3 ALL COD4.......my resolution is 1080 and no worries for shipping because a friend is bringing it for me!!..many many many thanks in advance.

sorry for asking but first can i get high settings without OC???i wantf OC for at least a year and second i heard that evgas cooling system sucks!!is it true??

That is with the 7970 ghz amd which is the top card of amd and slightly better than the 670 gtx.
