I've decided it's time to upgrade my PC, so me and a friend are going to buy all of the components and build it up. My budget is around £800 and here's what I've got. I don't really have much understanding of overclocking so I don't really know if I'll be doing it. If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to comment.

Basically good, but a couple of observations. If you don't wish the option of adding 2nd GPU, in crossfire, in future, you don't relly need 730w PSU. 550w would be adequate, 600w would give you plenty "in hand". No advantage to any more. If you do want crossfire option 730w is OK, but your motherboard does not give optimum support for cf. Suggest the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H for that.
If you want to overclock processor, you will need to fit aftermarket cooler. Suggest CoolerMaster Hyper 212Evo. To allow for that, and to ensure there is no clash, with high heat-sinks, on your RAM, suggest using low profile RAM, like Corsair's CML range, or GSKill Ares, or Crucial Ballistix Sport.
